Terms of Service
1. Scope of services
Globetrix Tours provides travel planning and booking assistance, including itinerary creation, hotel and flight options, transfers, excursions, and travel-related administrative guidance. Depending on the request, we may coordinate with third-party suppliers and present options for you to approve.
Quotes and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. Provider policies, inventory, taxes, and fees can change at any time.
2. Requests, quotes, and confirmation
Any itinerary, suggestion, or price estimate is informational until the booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and/or supplier documentation is issued and any required payments are successfully processed.
3. Traveler information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details (names as in passports/IDs, dates of birth, and other required information). Incorrect information can cause denial of boarding, cancellation, or penalties imposed by suppliers.
4. Payments and fees
Payment terms are determined by the supplier and may require deposits or full prepayment. We will communicate payment deadlines and applicable policies when available. Certain supplier fees (resort fees, baggage charges, seat selection, local taxes) may be charged separately by the supplier.
5. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
Change and cancellation rules are set by suppliers and can vary by fare, rate, or package. Some bookings are non-refundable. “No-show” situations often result in full loss of value. If you request changes, we will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee availability or fee waivers.
6. Travel documents and compliance
You are responsible for passports, visas, entry/transit requirements, and compliance with health and safety rules. Requirements can vary by nationality, routing, and destination and may change without notice.
7. Third-party suppliers
Suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, insurers) are responsible for service fulfillment and their own policies. We do not control their operations, safety standards, schedules, or service quality.
8. Risk acknowledgment
Travel may involve delays, disruptions, cancellations, overbookings, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond anyone’s control. You acknowledge these risks and agree to make decisions based on available information.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our site or communications, including by providing false information, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or suppliers.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and care, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, or particular travel outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globetrix Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses arising from supplier performance, disruptions, or force majeure events. Where liability applies, it is limited to fees paid directly to Globetrix Tours for the specific service.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, strikes, outages, or supplier failures.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
